Twilight Frosted Meadow

The cool, still, crispness of frost beginning to settle on a twilight evening was the inspiration for this painting. Full of colour, in a jewelled richness, the depth of the sky compliments the myriad of cheery, star spangled flowers.

I painted this as a reminder of the ever uplifting glory of nature, despite the encroaching darkness that accompanies the onset of Winter.
